Who are ‘We’?
When we refer to ‘we’ (or ‘our’ or ‘us’), that means Fitter Rider and its app,
and services. We are a husband and wife team based in Surrey, United Kingdom.
By using any Fitter Rider service, you are agreeing to this privacy policy. If

For European Union data protection purposes, we act as a
controller in relation to your personal data.
What Data Do We Collect?
Below are the ways that we collect your data. Some data you provide us
directly. Some data we collect automatically. We collect this data to provide
you the service you want and best experience possible. If you don’t want to
provide us with personal data, you don’t have to, but it might mean you can’t
use some parts of our websites or services.
When You join our site as a member
When joining our site as a member, you may be asked to enter personal
information about yourself, such as height, weight and gender. We use this
information to personalise the information and service to you, such as
programs, workout plans and meal guides.
When you connect a Device
If you have a Device and connect it to our website service, we pull data from
the 3rd party service and display it on our website. Depending upon the
specific Device you connect, it can collect the number of steps you take, your
weight, measure your sleep quality and transmit this data to Fitter Rider. By
connecting your device to our app, you are giving us permission to collect and
display this data provided by the Devices API on our app.
You can disconnect your Device from our app at any time, at which point we will
not be able to collect or display any further data from your Device.
When You Sync Your Device
When you sync your device, data about your activity is transferred from your
device to our servers. This data is stored and used to provide the Fitter Rider
Service. Each time a sync occurs, we also log data about the transmission. Some
examples of the log data are the sync time and date, device battery level, and
the IP address used when syncing.
When You Visit Fitter Rider
We collect some data from everyone who visits our website — even if you don’t
have a Fitter Rider account.
Whenever you visit a website, we collect industry standard log data that
records information about your visit, such as your browser type, operating
system, the URL of the page that referred you, the different actions you
performed, and the IP address from the pages you visited. We use this type of
information to provide you with information that’s relevant to your location
and to make sure the Site is working properly. We also collect data from

When You Make Payments For
Our Fitter
Rider Producys
When purchasing from Fitter Rider, we use a third-party payment processor to
process these payments. We also store your shipping details that you provide
during the payment process. We keep this to help verify your Credit Card
details.
When You Contact Us For
Help
Whenever you contact Fitter Rider for help, we collect your name and email address
along with any additional information you provide in your request and store it
on our servers in order to provide you with customer service and to improve
Fitter Riders' service. You can also contact Fitter Rider through public forums
such as Twitter or Facebook; however, we cannot maintain the privacy of your
communication to us if you contact us through these channels.
When You Buy a Product
When you purchase a product from us, we will collect your name, address and
contact details, as well as shipping address details for where you would like
us to deliver your product. We use a third-party payment processor to process
your payment, and store your Credit Card details for any future payment you
wish to make. You can contact us at any time to ask us to remove your Credit
Card details from being stored.
When You Request An Educational PDF Resource
For us to send you the PDF resource you requested, we ask for your name, horses
name and email address to send it to.
How We Use Your Data
First and foremost, we use your personal data to operate our website and
provide you with any services you’ve requested or are paying for, and to manage
our relationship with you. We also use your personal data for other purposes,
